Discovery Party was developed by Jen Gash, a working mum from Bristol, who has a background in Occupational Therapy and Creativity Coaching. She has been a professional Life Coach since 2005.
Jen believes that coaching should be available to everyone, not just a priviledged few, so that we can all live a happier, less stressful life. As a keen party goer and someone who enjoys “get togethers”, Jen felt there was some way of combining the two, in a fun, inexpensive way.
“Taking time out to think about our lives is great, but its even better done in a low pressure, fun way with others. That way, we let go, laugh a little and get out of the rut of our usual thinking. This is the best way to remember who we are, what we love and unlock our creativity!”
Jen plans to dominate the world, party by party! She is helped in this quest by her cat, bonkers dog, her own coach and fab family, not to forget her own friends who helped her come up with the idea in the first place.
